Surrounded by native tropical rainforest, our 155-hectare coffee plantation of 380,000 trees, sits at an altitude of 1800-2000m high, spread across the mountainside and close to the beautiful Muhazi Lake.

Nova Coffee Anaerobic Natural
Selectively ripe cherries sealed whole (unpulped) in airtight tanks for 96 hours, then dried intact on raised African beds, hulled, sorted, and packed in jute bags at Nova Coffee Washing Station – Bukure.
Nova Coffee Fully Washed
Same-day delivery of hand-picked ripe cherries to Bukure; fully washed under strict QC, dried on raised African beds, dry-milled, sorted, sacked in jute bags, and cupped by Nova and NAEB.
Nova Coffee Natural
Fully ripe cherries dried intact on raised beds, turned regularly to 11% moisture so fruit sugars absorb into the seed; then hulled, sorted, packed, and cupped by Nova and NAEB.
Nova Coffee Anaerobic Honey
Fully ripe cherries are depulped with sticky mucilage left on, then fermented in sealed anaerobic tanks; dried, hulled, sorted, packed in jute bags, and cupped by Nova and NAEB.
