Delivery Policy

  • Delivery Costs: Shipping costs are calculated based on the total weight of the order and the destination country. Delivery costs will be displayed at checkout and are included in the total order amount. We also offer free shipping for orders over a certain amount.
  • Order Tracking: Customers will receive a tracking number once their order has been shipped, which they can use to track the delivery status of their order. They can also check the status of their order by logging into their account on our website.
  • Delivery Errors and Damages: If there is a delivery error or if an order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receipt so that we can rectify the issue. We will either replace the damaged item or issue a full refund.
  • Delivery Schedules: Our delivery schedules are based on business days, which exclude weekends and public holidays. We will do our best to deliver orders within the estimated delivery time, but please allow for possible delays due to unforeseen circumstances.
  • Change of Delivery Address: If you need to change the delivery address after placing an order, please contact us as soon as possible so that we can update the address. We cannot guarantee that we will be able to change the delivery address after the order has been shipped.
  • Responsibility for Delivery: We are responsible for delivery of the order up to the delivery address specified in the order. Delivery to the customer’s door is the responsibility of the shipping carrier.
  • Delivery Delays: Delivery delays can occur for a variety of reasons, including weather conditions, shipping carrier issues, and customs delays. We will do our best to keep customers informed of any delivery delays, but we cannot be held responsible for delays outside of our control.
