At Nova Coffee, we are proud to be part of the vibrant Rwandan coffee industry, and we are committed to promoting gender equality and women empowerment in our business practices. Our mission is to cultivate, prepare, and sell high-quality Rwandan coffee while empowering women farmers and educating women about coffee.

Rwandan coffee has gained international recognition for its unique flavor and quality, and we are proud to be part of this rich coffee culture. We source our coffee beans directly from women farmers, who are an essential part of the coffee supply chain in Rwanda. Through our partnership with women farmers, we are able to ensure the quality and sustainability of our coffee, while promoting gender equality in the coffee industry.

We believe that women should have equal opportunities to succeed in the coffee industry, and we are committed to providing them with the resources and support they need to thrive. We work closely with our women farmers to provide them with training in sustainable farming practices, coffee processing, and quality control. By empowering women farmers, we are helping them to increase their income and improve their livelihoods.

In addition to supporting women farmers, we are also committed to educating women about coffee. We believe that coffee is not just a drink, but a culture and a way of life. We offer training programs for women to learn about the history and culture of coffee, as well as the art of coffee brewing and tasting. Our aim is to inspire women to become more involved in the coffee industry, whether as farmers, baristas, or coffee enthusiasts.
